Your PS4 won’t turn on or shuts down by itself?
You press the button and nothing happens, or it starts and shuts down after a few minutes. It may be the power supply, overheating or the board: we check it and tell you what is wrong before repairing it.
Why a PS4 won’t turn on
The most common causes are a damaged power supply, a power surge, dust that makes it overheat until it shuts down, or a board fault. Before bringing it in, try another power cable and another outlet.
What we do in the workshop

If it turns on but shuts down by itself

Will I lose my games if you replace the power supply?
No. The power supply and the drive are separate parts: your games and saves stay as they were.
My PS4 beeps and shuts down, what is wrong?
It is usually a temperature protection or a power supply or board fault. The diagnosis tells us which one.
Does the diagnosis cost anything?
No: the diagnosis is free, except for “won’t turn on”, power supply or processor reballing faults, which require working on the board. In those cases we give you a quote before starting.
What warranty does the repair have?
1 month on maintenance and 3 months on micro-electronics and board repairs. If the same fault comes back, it is fixed free of charge.
