At MBTECNIC we take care of your data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 . If you visit us from another country, we also respect the rights granted by your country's laws (for example, the EU GDPR or Brazil's LGPD).
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone and the message you send us through the form, WhatsApp or email; and, if you bring in a device, the device and job details.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device type, approximate country and similar data, through cookies (see section 6), only with your consent.
- Free tools: the speed test and the controller tester run in your browser. We do not store your IP or your measurements on our servers.
We do not ask for sensitive data and the site is not aimed at children under 13.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and quote requests.
- To provide the repair service, let you know when your device is ready and manage the warranty.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- With your consent: to measure site usage to improve it and to show ads.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for advertising purposes.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to run the site, who process data on our behalf:
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Google — Analytics (statistics), AdSense (ads), Maps (map) and YouTube (embedded videos).
- Elfsight — shows our Google reviews on the site.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — when you message us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers store data outside Argentina (for example, in the United States), with appropriate security measures.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a service: up to 1 year. Data about services provided: for as long as tax and consumer protection laws require (up to 10 years). After that, we delete it.
6. Cookies
When you enter the site, you choose whether to accept all cookies or only the necessary ones. You can change your mind at any time by deleting your browser's cookies.

7. Your rights
- Access: find out what data we hold about you. It is free every 6 months, or sooner if you have a legitimate interest (art. 14, Law 25,326).
- Rectification, update and erasure: correct or delete your data. We do it within 5 business days (art. 16, Law 25,326).
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, email us at mbtecnic2@gmail.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules: argentina.gob.ar/aaip/datospersonales.
8. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we limit access to your data to what is needed to serve you. Drives and data on the devices we repair are handled in strict confidence.
9. Blog content
Blog articles and guides are for information only. Opening or repairing a device yourself may damage it and void the manufacturer's warranty: if in doubt, ask us.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, you will see a notice when you enter the site.
