PS4, PS5 and Xbox console maintenance and cleaning in Flores
Does your console sound like a jet engine, run hot or shut down by itself? It is almost always dust and dried thermal paste. A full service fixes it.
What the cleaning service includes
We open the console, clean the fan, heatsink and power supply, replace the thermal paste (or the liquid metal on the PS5) and test it until the temperature is stable. If we find another fault, we tell you before touching anything.
PS4 fat, slim and Pro cleaning, and PS5 maintenance

Xbox One and Xbox Series cleaning, and how often to do it
Xbox consoles also collect dust and overheat: we do a full cleaning of the Xbox One and the Xbox Series X and S, with thermal paste replacement. It is best done once a year if you play often, or sooner if it is already noisy.
How we work
The workshop is at Pedernera 360, Flores, Buenos Aires. We check the device, explain what is wrong and what the fix is before starting. The warranty is 1 month on maintenance and 3 months on board repairs. If the same fault comes back, we fix it free of charge. To get started, message us with the model and the fault.

Will I lose my saves or games with the cleaning?
No. Cleaning doesn’t touch the drive or the account: the console comes back with your games and saves as they were.
How do I know if my console needs maintenance?
If it is louder than before, blows very hot air, shuts down by itself or freezes in demanding games, it is time to do it.
Does the diagnosis cost anything?
No: the diagnosis is free, except for “won’t turn on”, power supply or processor reballing faults, which require working on the board. In those cases we give you a quote before starting.
What warranty does the repair have?
1 month on maintenance and 3 months on micro-electronics and board repairs. If the same fault comes back, it is fixed free of charge.
Where is the workshop?
At Pedernera 360, Flores, City of Buenos Aires. Open Monday to Friday 10 am–6 pm and Saturdays 9 am–3 pm.
